Returns · 60 nights
This policy will apply to purchases once the shop opens. Until then, no sales are made through the site.
The first 14 days
You have the legal right of withdrawal: you can return the mattress within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and we refund the price. Returns are free.
Up to 60 nights
After 14 days and up to night 60, you can still return it. We refund the price minus a cleaning and shipping fee, shown before you buy.
What happens to returned mattresses
We deep-clean them and give them a second life with another family. Never a landfill.
