Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we collect on lanum.eu, why, and your rights, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What we collect and why
- Launch list: your email and the product you’re interested in, to tell you when we start selling.
- Sleep tips: your email, to send one email a month with tips for your baby’s age.
- Cot check: the brand and model you type. If we can’t confirm it and you leave your email, we use it only to reply.
- Statistics: monthly counts of visits and clicks, with no cookies or data that identify you.
- Messages: whatever you write to us by email or WhatsApp, to reply.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Launch-list data is deleted at the latest 12 months after launch if you haven’t become a customer.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We use these providers, who process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare (website hosting).
- Resend (delivering form emails to our inbox).
- OVHcloud (our mailbox).
- For the cot check we send only the brand and model, never personal data, to a web search engine and to an AI service that reads the dimensions.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@lanum.eu. If you think we haven’t respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
